Our kittens of Norwegian cats of the forests
Our Kittens
All our kittens are born and grown in our home, strictly in touch with us and with other cats and kittens. We look after them and cuddle them during their stay, permitting them to develop an excellent temper and a good upbringing, of which we are very proud.
They are not closed in cages, but can freely run from the house to their play ground area, using a specific tunnel that leads them from the house into their cat run. This allows them to be free and to do what they please without restrictions.
Seeing as we prefer "quality rather than quantity" once or twice a year the house is cheered with new born. Believe me, it is a joy to see them come to life, grow and to participate with their conquests and their games. Separating from them is very difficult, even though we are aware that each kitten is going to make their new owners and families happy and that they will be loved in the same way they have been loved, but separating is always very hard and sad.
All our kittens leave us when they are three months old. This allows them to follow, learn and become independent of their mother. During this period they develop autonomy, good character, equilibrium and start to define their personality. All kittens are dewormed and have had their first vaccination and re-call.
Therefore, by the time they are brought to their new environment, they have become social cats, used to people, other cats and animals (such as dogs)..... ready to start their new lives with an exciting curiosity.
Considering the above, it is therefore important for us to personally make acquaintance with the future family, who naturally "must be a responsible owner, that is aware of what it means to have a pet". We also like to continue having a good relationship and contact with the future owner of our kittens. We will always be at your complete disposal, furnishing assistance and suggestions and you must feel free to call us for anything concerning your new family member.
Furthermore, once adopted, we reserve the rights to verify that the kitten is being treated in the best of ways. It is our pleasure to receive news and learn that our little furry friend is growing well, that it is bringing joy and happiness and that it has established a strong sense of complicity, of which only a Norwegian Forest Cat are capable.
All adopted kittens are given a regular pedigree that is official for expos and/or breeding, and obviously for family company.
We wish you good luck with your new family member.
